Go to the "When Correcting Spelling in Microsoft Office programs" section. If you add it to the dictionary, it will apply to all documents. You can choose to ignore this instance of the correction suggestion, ignore all instances in the document, or add the word to the user dictionary so it will not be marked as a misspelled word again.
